Privacy
This website is a static, private preview. It collects as little as possible. The only personal data it collects is what you choose to send through the beta request form or the pilot audit request form.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Sofiane Kotni, trading as DUBSAR (entrepreneur individuel, SIREN 107 818 171), 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France. Privacy contact: contact@dubsar.ai.
What we collect
Through the beta request form, and only if you submit it, we collect the fields you fill in:
- name;
- email;
- what best describes you (role);
- which AI coding tools you use;
- what kind of project you would test DUBSAR with;
- the problem you are trying to solve;
- what worries you most when using AI to change code;
- how soon you would want to test DUBSAR;
- an optional free-text message.
Through the pilot audit request form, we may also collect:
- company or team name;
- your role and approximate engineering team size;
- which coding agents and project tools your team uses;
- which sources could be considered for a later read-only audit;
- the governance, verification, or resumption problem you describe;
- the outcome sought and any security or access constraints.
Please do not submit sensitive data, credentials, access tokens, source code, confidential documents, or secret-bearing repository links. The forms have no file upload and no newsletter opt-in. Submitting an audit request does not authorize access to any client system.
Why we collect it, and the legal basis
Purpose: to receive private beta or pilot audit requests for DUBSAR, to qualify them (assess fit), and to reply to you by email. The legal basis is your request to take steps prior to any possible relationship (a pre-contractual request you initiate) and our legitimate interest in preparing a selective preview. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
Form processor and hosting
Form submissions are handled by our processor Form.taxi (wrkt*biz — Reinhard Söllradl, Austria), which receives the form contents and forwards them to us. Per Form.taxi's own privacy terms, their infrastructure is hosted at ALL-INKL (data center in Dresden, Germany), and they state they retain submission contents for up to one year at most. Form.taxi also documents Mailjet for email delivery and Friendly Captcha for abuse prevention. See the Form.taxi privacy policy.
How long we keep it
On our side, we keep beta and pilot audit request data for at most 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Form.taxi separately states it stores submission contents for up to one year maximum.
Analytics and tracking
None. This site runs no analytics, no advertising, no marketing tracking, and no third-party pixels. See the Cookies page.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and where applicable a right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@dubsar.ai.
If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Hosting logs
The production infrastructure is hosted by Scaleway SAS. The temporary dubsar.pages.dev preview is delivered by Cloudflare Pages. These providers may process standard connection and security data, such as IP address, request URL, time, and device or network information, to deliver and protect the site. See the Scaleway privacy policy and the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Status
DUBSAR is in private beta and not commercial-ready. This policy covers a private preview and will be reviewed and expanded before any public or commercial use.
